When booking...

  • If a date and time are not available, it means we are either closed or fully booked at that time.

  • We are not currently offering Afternoon Tea, but this may change in the winter. If you have vouchers and you would prefer to use them sooner, then these can be used for lunch or dinner instead.

  • Our doggy friends - We welcome dogs in the station house and on the platform only. Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome them into the carriage.

  • For evenings, we offer an early sitting and a late sitting, hence there being no availability between 6pm and 7pm

  • Walk-ins - We have outside seating available, or you might get lucky and find an inside table available.

  • We kindly request your bank card details upon booking. If you cancel within 3 hours of your reservation and we do not fill the table, you will be charged £15.00 per person. If you are a no show, you will be charged £15.00 per person.

  • We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Your table may be cancelled if you are running later than 15 minutes. Please call us on 01308 422845 or email us at to let us know, thank you.
