WHEN BOOKING

Please note...

We are unable to take requests for dining on a particular carriage upon booking. You can only request this when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate you in your chosen carriage. The reason for this, is us only being able offer tables that are available at the time you arrive.

Maximum party size - 8 (Please email us if your party is larger than this)

We kindly request guests not to arrive early. We are unable to offer pre-dinner drinks, as both carriages and the station house are for dining only.

If a date and time are not available, this means we are either closed or fully booked at that time. Please do not book one time and request a different time in the comments section. 

Our doggy friends - We welcome dogs inside the station house. Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome them into the carriage. Guide Dogs are an exception to this rule. 

Please do not book a carriage table and state that you have a dog, as the reason the station house tables aren't showing as available, will be due to them being fully booked. Your table will be cancelled in this instance.

We kindly request your bank card details upon booking. If you cancel within 3 hours of your reservation and we do not fill the table, you will be charged £15.00 per person. If you are a no show, you will be charged £15.00 per person. To avoid the charge, please email us with at least 3 hours notice. If you call to cancel your table and do not leave a voicemail, you will be charged £15.00 per person.

We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Your table may be cancelled if you are running later than 15 minutes. Please call us on 01308 422845 or email us at info@thestationkitchen.co.uk to let us know, thank you.
